    The children's reaction to the fourth drawing is awesome!
    The video highlights the importance of being honest with one's correction,, as well as showing alternatives instead of just pointing out what is not right.
    Regarding the person whose task is being evaluated, it's necessary to understand the importance of giving a second, third etc try

We are all different and thus learn in different ways. Each of us has preferred or dominant learning style, but we also have a mix of them.  We can also use different learning styles in different circumstances as they are not fixed.
